Return Policy
Satisfaction is guaranteed. Please be sure that you want the item(s) before placing your order. Please remember, vintage items are, by nature, not new.
To obtain a refund, e-mail gailc@byzero.com and include the date of purchase, price paid, Item Number (if available), and the description of the item. Be sure and include your name and street address. You will receive a return authorization code via reply e-mail. Include the return authorization number with product you are returning, and ship post-paid to:

A refund of the purchase price will be promptly mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item (shipping charges are not refundable).
Payment Options
PayPal payment is preferred. When you proceed to check-out, you will be prompted for your PayPal account. If you do not have one, you will be given the opportunity to sign up at checkout. It's fast and easy.
Personal Check - Corporate Check - Money Order
Personal or Corporate checks and money orders are accepted. To place an order with payment by check or money order, please copy and paste the description of the item(s) as well as the price(s) into an e-mail and send to gailc@byzero.com . We will e-mail back an invoice which you can print and include with your payment. Items will be removed from inventory upon receipt of your e-mail. Items will be returned to inventory if payment is not received within 5 days of e-mail order.
Items will not ship until your check clears our bank - 3 to 5 business days.
Items paid by money order will ship on receipt of payment.
